  Food was okay. Some were good some were pretty eh. The katsu (pork and chicken) were dry. But their deep fried ice cream is AMAZING, much better than Sushi 168's deep fried ice cream as Sushi 168's deep fried ice cream has too much batter and ends up to be too chewy. Price was okay too, lots of selection for a decent cost.

  I'm extremely lucky about my food in general let alone sushi and this is done of the best I've had outside of Japan! The food is fresh, well packaged, timely prepared and the servers are extremely courteous. The ambiance is great and there isn't one thing I can complain about! If delivery is an issue for some then the problem is you don't home deliver something as delicate as sushi. Makes no sense. Don't blame the restaurant for how the delivery guy handles your food.

  Good tasting and fresh sushi. Prices and amount of food matched equal to most other all-you-can-eat sushi places I've been to in Ontario. Tempura items were crispy and not too oily. Service was fair and bathrooms standard, nothing special, but I would have no problems returning as overall the experience was good.

  I, along with many of my friends and colleagues, have frequented Sushi 99 during the last four years; however, recently, it seems that this restaurant has come under new management and standards have fallen notably.
  
  Some of the changes include the soy sauce being watered down and the portions of fish are more thinly sliced and of lower quality. Additionally, despite switching to an automated ordering system, service has declined. The appetizers frequency arrive cold, and it sometimes takes much longer than expected to receive orders. All of this has occurred in conjunction with prices rising by several dollars.
  
  While these changes caused me to visit less frequently, I still visited Sushi 99 occasionally due to it being conveniently located relative to my home. However, during my most recent visit my friend got food poisoning, presumably from the salmon. This, combined with the steady decline in quality has been the last straw: I will not be visiting nor recommending Sushi 99 in the future.
  
  In summary, my experiences with Sushi 99 from 2013 until mid 2016 were always excellent. However, new management, cutbacks, or something of the like have led to a substantial decline in the quality of both the food and service at this restaurant, and I will not be visiting or recommending Sushi 99 in the future.

  If you pay with visa, you are obligated to give tip. Service was really poor, servers do not communicate with you at all. Rolls are not even close to delicious. The worst sushi experience.
