  I've ordered café mochas here and they never get it right. There's never any whipped cream and it's usually watery. My other orders are fine but the drive thru around 7:40 am is awful. The parking lot is packed and it's hard to get through.

  Pretty terrible location. It's a gamble on if you're order will come as ordered or even if you'll get someone else's order. Speed of service is usually good, although we have waited (at 5:30am without a line) for a over 19 minutes b/c the server forgot what we ordered, burnt it then had to start again.

  One of my favourite locations! we ordered a large steeped tea that ended up being too sweet. It was replaced for us quickly and with no hassle and we were also given a coupon for a free coffee next time to make up for it.
